This week has been another mixed bag with me getting quite a lot done although I don’t have lots of pictures to share with you on this weeks weekly waffle. Some but not a lot. First off this week was that I managed to make it to game night although I didn’t actually get a game, but it did act as cheer leader for some Necromunda action. Explain the games. On the hobby front I’ve made a bit more progress on my barbarian with the leather sections now complete along with the turquoise cloth sections. For this weeks weekly waffle there was no gaming of any sort this week as we as we had to cancel our D&D session on Sunday. But it’s not all bad news as the extra time allowed me to finish the albatross around my neck that the warboss was becoming. There are still a couple of little bits that I’m not a hundred percent happy with but it’s intended as a gaming piece, if I ever start playing 40K again so it needed finishing. Another slow week this week which seems to be coming a bit of habit so we have short weekly waffle. I’m hoping it’s the quite before the storm and I’m suddenly going to fall into a super productive period where I get loads and loads of things finished. It’s been a really productive week for me this this week but unfortunately I don’t actually have a lot of things that I can share with you for the weekly waffle because they are unsubstantial. I’m going to start this week’s weekly waffle with an update on our one shot D&D adventure from last Saturday. A big thanks has to go out to our DM for organising everything and running a really fun session. It was set in the same world and at the same time as our main adventure but was nothing to with what our other characters are getting up to. That made it easy to fit into the environment and the adventure flowed from there. But having painted up the dwarves last week I’ve got the bug for painting more characters at the expense of the kill team not making much progress.
