No game night for me this week courtesy of Northern Rail who cancelled three trains in a row on Tuesday day night, so I gave up in the end an when and caught the bus. I’m going to start this week’s weekly waffle off with a gaming update. Managed to make if for games night this week and we have also started to play some games of Kill Team. We should have started these some time ago but for various reasons the date kept slipping but Pete has put his foot down and we are now rolling. I’m going to start this week’s weekly waffle with an apology for not turning up last week. No real excuse I’d just had a really unproductive week and had nothing to put in an update. That and the fact that we all went out for a meal on Friday evening which was a late finish so I decided to take a week off. It’s been another mixed up week this week’s weekly waffle, I’ve had bit of cold so haven’t been in the most enthusiastic of moods. Al’s also been poorly this week so there was no game night which has meant that I haven’t done a great deal, again. However it’s not all doom and gloom. We got another D&D session in on Saturday which saw us back in the ice cave trying to get our hands on some gold. I was hoping to have a bit of bumper update for you this week’s weekly waffle but the truth is I’ve been really lazy all week and not done a lot of painting. Done a lot of lounging around and reading but not a lot of painting. I’ve also done quite a bit of drawing working out ways to produce city maps for D&D that have multiple options in the way they are built such as rivers and roads, castles and city walls.
