Another week and the ball is still rolling in the right direction, the mojo is still there and I’m enjoying my hobby time. Granted I’m not churning out a mass of miniatures but I’m enjoying doing something a little bit different and I’m really happy with what I’m producing. The January mojo is still flowing and I’ve had a good week of hobby. Not put a massive amount of time in but I think I’ve made good use of the time I’ve had. This won’t work for everyone but what I’ve been doing is when the misses wants to watch one of her programs on TV I say I’ll get out of her way and go and do some hobby. I’m being a good hobbyist this week and I’m bringing you my first finished project of the year. Yes, that’s right I’ve actually started and finished a project without being side tracked by something new and shiny. I know it’s only the project of the year and the odds of keeping this up all year are next to zero, but I’m going to take all the wins I can get this year and be proud of them. Well it’s the start of the year and that time where the foolish amongst make all sorts of promises about what we are going to accomplish in the year ahead. Based on last year I’m not going to make any promises but I am going to stick my head above the parapet and say that there are some things I’m going to do. I’m going to start this week’s weekly waffle with an update on our one shot D&D adventure from last Saturday. A big thanks has to go out to our DM for organising everything and running a really fun session. It was set in the same world and at the same time as our main adventure but was nothing to with what our other characters are getting up to.
