So with me being away for the last two weeks now I’ve not had any time for any hobby at all this week but I still wanted to bring you what I hope is a bit of light hearted reading on this Saturdays weekly waffle. No gaming for this weeks weekly waffle and no real hobby time. The only thing I’ve had chance to build has been some new desk top storage curtesy of Hobby Zone. I’ve already got a few drawers and a display / storage case so when I was having a bit of reshuffle and clearing out some old paints I decided to pick up a few more pieces. If anyone out there is looking for a modular storage solution I can highly recommend them as the ones I’ve had to date have served me well hence me going out to buy some more. So I’ve been back on the road again this week and haven’t really had a lot of time to get anything done for the weekly waffle and once again no gaming. With it being a bank holiday last weekend I was hoping to get some hobby time in but I spent most of t it tidying up the garden and trying to get my car to work. I’m going to throw in a bit of shocker this weeks weekly waffle and say that I actually turned up for game night and what’s more I actually got a couple of games in. And just to cap things off I won both, although it was more down to blind luck than any skill on my part. I’ve got a bit of lightweight update for you this week’s weekly waffle. More traveling for work but this week has seen the end to the worst of the work for this year. I’ve still got lots of travel to contend with but all the really messy and fiddly things that have been keeping me awake are now out of the way. For this weeks weekly waffle I’ve had another week on the road but in a first for this project everything has worked as expected first time. Which has meant that while I’ve still been doing long hours it’s not been that stressful. And the office I’ve been working in this week is about a five minute walk from a Games Workshop store which may or may not have been a good thing. I’m not sure where to start for this weeks weekly waffle there has that much going on for me away from the hobby. Work is even more manic that usual but I’m working on the principle that the bulk of the really messy stuff should be out of the way by Easter.
