It’s been a really productive week for me this this week but unfortunately I don’t actually have a lot of things that I can share with you for the weekly waffle because they are unsubstantial. I’m going to start this week’s weekly waffle with an update on our one shot D&D adventure from last Saturday. A big thanks has to go out to our DM for organising everything and running a really fun session. It was set in the same world and at the same time as our main adventure but was nothing to with what our other characters are getting up to. That made it easy to fit into the environment and the adventure flowed from there. In this week’s weekly waffle it’s nearly time for the big fat man to come climbing down the chimney and if you are really lucky it may actually be Santa with a sack full of presents. I’m just hoping that with our change of IT supplier at work things will calm down a bit in the New Year and I’ll actually get some gaming in. I’m going to kick off this weeks weekly waffle with something that’s been missing for the last few weeks and that is a gaming update. You heard it I actually managed to get some gaming in this week. Not a big update for you in this week’s weekly waffle. As I mentioned last week it was a friends birthday last Saturday and it was a really good night. The hobby result of that was that I wasn’t in the best of conditions on Sunday to get much painting completed. It’s not been the best of weekly waffle for hobby time this week. We have a change freeze at work over the Christmas period so everyone is clamouring to get things done before that kicks in. For me that has been a lot of travel this week which meant I missed out on games night this week. Having said that I have manged to get some hobby time in. No game night for me this week courtesy of Northern Rail who cancelled three trains in a row on Tuesday day night, so I gave up in the end an when and caught the bus. I’m going to start this week’s weekly waffle off with a gaming update. Managed to make if for games night this week and we have also started to play some games of Kill Team. We should have started these some time ago but for various reasons the date kept slipping but Pete has put his foot down and we are now rolling.
