    It’s been a couple of weeks now but I managed to make it to games night for this week’s weekly waffle, although I did turn up late so I didn’t manage to get a game in. But we did have an interesting chat about the future of the 40K. We were saying that whilst it was 40K that got us into gaming not of us have played a game of 40K in a long time.     I think we’re in for another waffle heavy weekly waffle again this week. I don’t know what it is but I’m really struggling to find any motivation to actually get anything done at the moment. Don’t get me wrong I get myself all set up to do some painting, I know what I want to get done, I’ve got a few tunes on and I’m feeling good but I just can’t seem to move on from there.     This week’s weekly waffle has been something of roller coster for my on the hobby front. I finally started to get my mojo back for painting but had had to spend a couple of day up in Newcastle for work. Then on the way back my right eye started to feel really sore and by Thursday morning I it felt like I had a piece of chopped chilli trapped under my eyelid, which I wouldn’t recommend.     Well after last week’s bumper weekly waffle I’m afraid this week may be something of a disappointment. I’ve been feeling a bit under the weather all week so haven’t got very much done. I missed game night on this week because I was feeling sorry for myself and couldn’t be bothered to move. Which meant no demo games, although Pete is looking to get a Brewer team after last week’s demo.     No game night for this week’s weekly waffle so I’ve not had chance to lose another game of Guild Ball. But I have had chance to get some work done on my Butchers. There are quite a few examples of nice Butchers teams out there so fining inspiration for these was easy. I’ve stuck with standard colours that appear in the art work and unlike the Morticians these are colours that I feel quite happy painting so I’ve been finding it much more enjoyable to paint these.
