Weekly Waffle 433: Hammer Time: Mastering the Space Wolves Iron Priest
10 October 2026 The Mojo This week’s weekly Waffle finds me wondering what has happened to the week. I’ve been bouncing between the west and east sides of the Pennines all week. Time has just disappeared. I’ve also enjoyed a fun night at the Royal Northern College of Music to see Vittorio Angelone. Additionally, if you’ve never heard of him, I would recommend looking up some of his work, including Iron Priest. He is a stand up comic from Belfast. If you like your comedy cutting, he may be the man for you. But even with all of that going on I have managed to bring you some hobby content…
Weekly Waffle 436: Eye Spy With My Frosty Eye
3 October 2026 The Mojo For this week’s Weekly Waffle, the focus has been on carnage in the work space. It has left me feeling utterly drained. I’m not sure what caused it, but the week has been a real struggle. Even pulling this update together felt exhausting. There is no problem with the mojo; I simply feel worn out. But I’ve struggled through and done the update for you which I hope you will enjoy. On The Work Bench On the workbench this week has been the final member of the Kill Team in the form of the Frosteye. The kit bash for this one was probably the one…
Weekly Waffle #435: Wounded Wolves Bite
26th September 2026 The Mojo I’m back again for this week’s weekly waffle after a couple of weeks away. And when I say away I really just mean away from the posts. I had a few days out with the family but mainly just had a nice break from work. Which always seems like a double edged sword because things seem even more manic when you go back. But I have managed to get some painting in and have spent that continuing with the Space Wolves Scouts. On The Work Bench So on the workbench this week has been another scout. And I’ve nearly got to the end of the…
Weekly Waffle #432 – Wolf Scout Pack Leader is the One Who Gives the Orders
22nd August 2026 The Mojo For this week’s weekly waffle I’ve been working go the wolf scout pack leader. And I’ve been really enjoying myself. It’s helped that i’ve been off work this week so have had a little bit of extra time to get some hobby in. In between the jobs that have needed doing at home and I’ve been avoiding. But this week has been a good balance. And I’ve even used some of that precious hobby time to set myself up for success in the coming weeks. Getting some more minis prepped so that I can make the most of the hobby time I get over the…
Weekly Waffle #431 – Wolf Scout Trapmaster
8th July 2026 The Mojo For this week’s weekly waffle I have been trying to get myself back into some good habits and I’ve used the Space Wolves Trapmaster to help me. It’s still manic at work and that isn’t going to change any time soon. That means my hobby time is going to be limited and I don’t want to spend what time I do have racing to get some waffle together. I want to spend it painting. So I have been mindful of that and I’ve made myself use the time I have on the train to do the writing. Freeing me up to actually enjoy my hobby…
