Empire of the Blazing Sun
Weekly Waffle #171
It’s been another slow week for this week’s weekly waffle with not a lot of progress on anything really. There’s been no game night and no D&D so all told it’s been something of a let-down. No particular reason for this it’s just been slow. But it’s not been a total write off. I get the Empire of the Blazing Suns Emissary model for Wild West Exodus this week. This also marks something of land mark as now that War Cradle have taken over and they are ostensibly part of Wayland Games I was not expecting this model to turn up for at least another four or five weeks. Weekly Waffle #140
I’ve mixed things up again for this weeks weekly waffle by shifting back to Dystopian Wars, although I still haven’t managed to the game with Pete finished. I know I’m just delaying the inevitable but I’ve been full a cold this week and feeling sorry for myself so I’ve not ventured out of the house, other than having to go to work. The carrier is nearly complete, just some of the details left to…

Once again I’ve not had to do much in the way of travel so I’ve managed to get some gaming in, I’ve managed to get some hobby in and I’ve managed to catch up on Game of Thrones. So that all falls under the Sweet but then the bitter is linked to a kick starter but I’ll come back to that later. First of all me and Pete managed to carry on with our game this week and my efforts in the intervening week to figure out how to make use of the French didn’t really pay off. We probably…
Weekly Waffle #137
This weeks weekly waffle #Site Title #Post Title #Site Title #Post Title #Site Title #Post Title has been the first ‘normal’ week I’ve had a long time. Or at least as normal gets for me. Tuesday so the return of game night and me and Pete squared off across the ocean in a game of Dystopian Wars Fleet Action. This was a chance for me to give the French a run out now that they are all painted and ready to go. It also made a change for Pete as he didn’t have to face my Russian Gunships and he really likes Russian Gunships. To be fair it was something…
