It may all come to nothing but I am in the process of moving my domain name registration from my old provider to my current hosting provider. Everything has appeared to go smoothly so fare but I am currently in a bit of a no man’s land with it. Lightbox function update
A quick update on the broken ‘Lightbox’ function where you can’t click on an image to see a larger version. I’ve now managed to figure out what is causing the problem, but I haven’t yet worked out an easy way to fix things. For some reason I don’t understand, when I used to add images to a page or post it used to automatically add a bit of code ‘<a href= “” /a>’. This now isn’t appearing when I add images and it’s this bit of code that enables ‘Lightbox’ to work. So in the short term when I add images I can manually add the code to make things…
Site Layout & Function
A bit of an admin update to let you know that I am going to be playing around with some changes to the layout of the site this week. The site itself is built on WordPress and the ‘theme’ I have been using seems to be giving me some grief when it comes to adding images. Sometimes things work and then on something that I think is set up the same it doesn’t. What to expect in 2015
Ok then, I’ve had the site set up for a few months now but I’ve not actually done anything with it, despite the fact that I’ve been doing quite a bit of painting. So I’m going to set myself something of a belated New Year challenge for 2015 to try and do some weekly updates. Nothing to challenging to start with, just a few pictures of what is on my desk, what I’m working on any anything else that takes my fancy.
